Today is Reformation Sunday! The celebration of the day in 1517 that Martin Luther nailed his 95 theses (or ideas) on the door of the Castle Church in Wittenberg, Germany, beginning the Protestant Reformation.
We celebrate today with the wearing of the color Red and remembering all who have come before us to provide this great legacy of faith and love. Luther said, “The whole being of any Christian is faith and love. Faith brings the person to God, love brings the person to people.”
And we may sing a little. “As long as we live, there is never enough singing” (Martin Luther)

We’ll leave you with one last quote from Luther. “God does not need your good works, but your neighbor does.”
Go in Peace. Serve the Lord.
Thanks be to God!
