In this week’s Gospel we hear again the story of Thomas. He’s sometimes called “doubting Thomas”, but I suspect he was more of a “realist Thomas”. After all, Jesus had been crucified. He was dead.
And yet, when confronted with the Risen Lord, Thomas proclaimed “My Lord and My God!”. With God, anything can happen. Even realists like Thomas know that.
Go in Peace. Serve the Lord.
Thanks be to God!
