In today’s Gospel reading from Luke, we hear again the story of the disciples walking to Emmaus following the crucifixion. This week, look for your God moment as you walk through this life.

Visitation will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, April 18th at the church. The funeral will begin at 11:00 AM with lunch following the service in the church Fellowship Hall.
Maundy Thursday and Good Friday services will all begin at 7:00 PM this coming week. Please join us if you can.
Next week is Easter Sunday. We will have a combined service starting with pre-service music at 9:30 followed by the celebration of our Lord’s resurrection at 10:00 AM. Immediately after the service, we will have brunch with an Easter Egg hunt for the kids. All are welcome!

A quick reminder that our midweek Lenten services are on Wednesday evenings beginning at 7:00 PM. They usually last about half an hour.

Indiana – where you can see all 4 seasons in one day. The weather at this time of year can get pretty weird. Snow one day, rain downpours the next, followed by balmy temperatures the next. With the flooding we’re currently experiencing, be safe out there. Take care of your neighbors too.
A service to honor the life of Ray Keller will take place at First Lutheran Church on Monday, March 2nd. Friends are invited for visitation from 10:00 am to 12 noon, with the service starting at 12 noon. A link to the video of the service is below.
Ray’s committal service will follow his celebration of life service and will be held at Garland Brook Cemetery. A light luncheon will then be held at First Lutheran Church in the Fellowship Hall.
